Production brand package for C-YAC, anchored on the chunky pixel-art purple yak. All assets generated on Flux for style consistency.
Engine locked: Flux. Cleanest chunky-pixel form, best style consistency, pixel-block typography works on it.
Thirty curated assets across six sections: brand marks, pose library, lockups, apparel, stickers, and format variants. All on the same generation engine for visual consistency. Production-ready as a starter — pick what to refine, what to swap, what to add.
1 · Brand marks
Four canonical mark variants. The first is the official idle-front; the rest are alternate framings for use where the canonical doesn't fit.
All 30 production files at /workspace/cyberyac/static/img/brand-flux/ — flat directory, naming <section>-<id>-<label>.webp. Direct-link any image: /img/brand-flux/<filename>.webp.
Generation manifest (prompts + aspect ratios) at /tmp/brand-flux-prompts.txt in the source agent; will be promoted into the repo under docs/brand-prompts.md once the set is approved.
How to use this
Walk the page — identify any asset where the Flux render needs another pass. Common refinements: tighten silhouette, adjust palette, fix anatomy on bipedal poses (yak anatomy on hind legs is the hardest prompt).
Pick the canonical — mark-01 is the default, but confirm. The canonical drives everything else.
Apprenticeship pass — for any asset that’s close but not right, send the asset ID + one-sentence fix; we regenerate that slot only.
Lock the package — once approved, the set moves out of /brand-flux/ (review URL) into a versioned brand-assets directory in the repo and a tagged release.
