C-YAC members take a dedicated track at the community security conference — nine teen-delivered talks alongside the adult programme.

Speaking slots are open to any chapter member who pitches a talk. Students write, rehearse, and deliver; specialists mentor.

Capstone Night

The annual regional capstone — every Cayman chapter presents the work it made this year to a live audience of parents, teachers, and host organisations.

On the night:

Each chapter runs a 15-minute showcase — manifesto performances, build demos, dispatch readings, contest entries.
Students MC the whole evening. Adults are in the audience, not on the mic.
A closing “hacker for good” pledge said aloud by every member present.

Joint Parent Night

A cross-chapter evening where students teach the parents — the inversion that defines C-YAC.

On the night:

Live walkthroughs of the apps and platforms parents are most worried about.
A no-judgement Q&A — parents ask, students answer.
Take-home family digital-life playbook built by the chapters.

Run jointly by all four Cayman chapters; younger members shadow to learn how to host next year.
